What Does This Urinalysis Finding Indicate?
URINE TEST RESULT- ALBUMIN 2+, RBC-5-9 BLOOD TEST RESULT- S.CREATININE-1.2mg/dl, U UREA-15mg/dl LIPID PROFILE PROFILE RESULT SHOW TRIGLYCERIDE-3.50 mmol/L MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS HIGH SUCH AS 160/100, 150/100 I ONLY TAKE DRUG Losartan potassium USP 50 mg PLEASE ADVICE

Hi,
Urine shows presence of albumin. The blood pressure seems to be uncontrolled with losartan-50. Advised to add another blood pressure lowering medication such as hydrochlorothiazide or amlodipine along with lisinopril.
You are also advised to have 24 hour urine protein test to check how much protein is being spilled into the urine which can help detect kidney disease or other problems.
