What Does This Urinalysis Indicate?

My left mid to lower back still hurts. Diagnosis of ultrasound shows mild pelviciectasis left kidney. Urinalysis shows RBC: 10/hpf- reference interval is 0-2, WBC: 6/hpf- reference interval is 0-3, Bacteria: 32/hpf- reference interval is 0-50. What does that mean? What does mild pelviciectasis of the left kidney means?

Urologist 's  Response
Hi
There is excess RBC in urine as well as excess bacteria even though it is with in normal range for lab. One possibility is urinary tract infection but we need to rule out a stone blocking the kidney. Hence please send urine for culture and ge a CT scan of your kidneys done pre and post contrast.

The pelviectasis means that there may be blockage to the left kidney. Occasionally it may be a normal finding on ultrasound.
