Hello dear patient! Welcome to HCM! I understand very well your concerns and I'm trying to give you a general view and my advise regarding to your health>
Urinary tract infections and Proteins in urine are common in normal people with urinary infections and generally they are stabilized after treatment with antibiotics.
In your case, you say you have had histories with renal disease and you are hypertensive and diabetic too. So you have three conditions that lead to renal damage and it is necessary to have a complete check up of your kidneys function. High amount of proteins loss suggest a possible kidney damage that may be due to high blood pressure, diabetes, nefropathy/hydronephrosis, or urinary tract infection.
You have to consult your nephrologist as soon as possible to prevent the complications!
I hope you will be fine as soon as possible. best regards! DR ERIOL.
