Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband has unexplained pain on both sides of his back around the kidney area, he has had lot s of tests and is unable to get any diagnoses. Some things they have found include: elevated CPK protien in urine trace amount, blood in urine +2 amount, Bilirubin in urine +1 amount. Does any of this make sense to you?
Hello welcome to HCM. If he is having pain, then it indicates kidney stones. I think there are stones which are blocking the way . This leads to bleeding when stone moves. You dint describe about the urination Please get one scan to confirm the presence of stone.Through scan we can also know if any other abnormality is there related to kidney or bladder. Then you take this report to urologist who will guide you the treatement. Take care.
