Hi, i do care for your concern.
You have not mentioned the reason for taking this test.
However the report as such suggest, bacterial infection of the urinary tract, with acidic urine.
If the symptoms such as burning micturation and fever is present then starting on a course of antibiotic is advised.
Urine alkylating agents may be used for acidic urine, which would ease the symptoms.
