General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your urine report is suggestive of excess red blood cells presence that is suggestive of Hematuria. It could be due to chronic kidney disease or stone in urinary tract.

You need further workup in form of USG scan of pelvis and x-ray kub. Kindly revert back with reports once done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
