Hi & Welcome to HCM.

Based on the history and the report of the Widal test given you seem to be suffering from typhoid.

Typhoid fever is a bacterial infection which spreads by feco oral route (eating or drinking contaminated food or water) is treated with a course of oral antibiotics like Fluoroquinolones or Cefixime with Azithromycin for at least 10-14 days.

Along with antibiotics, you need to

1. Take tab Paracetamol to reduce the raised body temperature,
2. Take bland diet for at least 3 weeks
3. Avoid constipation, take fruits, plenty of oral fluids
4. Avoid smoking, alcohol, caffeine and certain medications like NSAID pain killers.
