What Does This Urinalysis Report Indicate?
Goodday! I have a checkup today the results are: Urine test: RBC 0-2, Pus Cells 0-2 Stool test: RBC 1-3, Pus Cells 8-10 The doctor prescribe me metronidazole 500mg/3times a day in 7 days also because of diarrhea. Is it the medicine right for me? Because im always afraid to take an antibiotic.

I understand your concern
Your urine report is completely normal
But presence of the blood and pus cell in the stool suggests dysentery.
Treatment is antibiotic and proper hydration.
Continue metronidazole for 7 days.
Along with this take following advises:
Capsule sporolac
Drink plenty of lukewarm water and ORS solution.
Take proper rest.
Take soft diet like banana, boiled rice with added salt and lime, toast and applesauce.
