Hello welcome to the health care magic

In urine pus cells are slightly increased .
So it suggestive towards urinary tract infection like condition

Suitable antibiotic course can be prescribed to you for 5 days

Avoid excess spicy foods

Fruit juice should be taken more

USG scan is advisable for you

So although infection seems to be mild i would like to advise you for investigating with usg scan and if needed culture for further work up

Consult physician or gynecologist for examination and discuss your case
