Your Urinalysis report shows presence of 2-4 pus cells, few number of epithelial cells and bacteria & rare red blood cells seen under high power field of microscope. Some quantity of urates & mucous threads were also found. This shows slight urinary tract infection in you. This could also be due to urinary tract calculus or stones.
All other features such as colour, PH, clarity, specific gravity etc all are normal. There is also no sugar found in specimen. Although there was slight amount of albumin found in specimen. This normally indication slight defect in glomerular filteration in you. However this is not much to worry about
