What Does This Urinalysis Report Of A 7 Year Old Indicate?

hello Dr. Andrew Good Morning I just want to asked i have 7 years old daughter and i had her urinalysis reaction is acidic; epithelial cells-few; mucus threads moderate; amorphous urates is few and bacteria is occasional what this results means thanks.

Thanks for consulting the Physicians at HealthCare Magic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries for your kid. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry. The Urinalysis report looks all normal. there are some Amorphous urate crystals in it that normally attaches to mucus threads in urine, but labs separate it well and tell their value. It had been some problem if urate was in large quantity. But u need to follow it up for future. Urolithiasis(kidney stones made of uric acid may be a problem if not caught in the earlier possible time. I hope all things go smooth. No worries for now. keep ur baby indulged in exercise and active life style. plenty of fluids and fruits in diet. fish instead of meats.
