What Does This Urinalysis Report Of A Diabetic Indicate?
Hi doctor Please help me, My father is diabetic from 25 years he is 72 years old , he on insuline 40 unite twice daily Now we take his test from lab 4586.60 mg/24hrs Total volume of urine 3230 ml/24hrs Is this value is controllable by medicine His blood creatine level is near to normal 1.6 Or Is there any other way to control albumin in urine
Uncontrolled blood sugar is the root cause and it is quite common with people with very high blood sugar values. Consult a nephrologist and get evaluated. Make sure that his renal function test is well within the normal range.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
