I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be drawn based on the urine analysis report you have enclosed.
1. Colour is normal.
2. Transparency should be clear but it is hazy. This indicates therw could be presence of certain substances like protein, pus or bacteria.
3. Specific gravity is in normal range.
4. pH is also within normal range.
5. Microscopy is showing cells which are normal except for presence of many bacteria.
This doesn't tell weather you have
kidney stones or not, but certainly there could be presence of
urinary tract infection (UTI).
In case you are symptomatic, you need to undergo urine culture and sensitivity test and take a course of appropriate antibiotics to cure the infection.
Presence of kidney stones can be determined by means of
ultrasound scan of abdomen.
