What Does This Urinalysis Showing Pus And Epithelial Cells Indicate?

Hi doctor I did a urinalysis and my results are colour yellow, bilirubin, blood, ketones, nitrites, glucose, protein is negative, urobilinogen normal,clarity slightly cloudy, ph 8.5, specific gravity 1.010, leukocytes trace all this is the chemistry report and in microscopoc report the bacteria is 2plus , pus and epithelial postive and red blood cells, casts, crystal is negative. Please tell me what this means.

Understand your concern.
Please compare your report with normal urine report:

Color – Yellow (light/pale to dark/deep amber)
Clarity/turbidity – Clear____________cloudy due to bacteria
pH – 4.5-8_____________slight basic due to bacteria
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025_____normal
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d
Ketones – None
Nitrites – Negative
Leukocyte esterase – Negative_________yor case it is positive due to leucocyte suggest infection by bacteria
Bilirubin – Negative
Urobilirubin – Small amount (0.5-1 mg/dL)
Blood - ≤3 RBCs
Protein - ≤150 mg/d
RBCs - ≤2 RBCs/hpf
WBCs - ≤2-5 WBCs/hpf
Squamous epithelial cells - ≤15-20 squamous epithelial cells/hpf
Casts – 0-5 hyaline casts/lpf
Crystals – Occasionally
Bacteria – None__________positiive : presence of bactera
Yeast - None


so you are suffering from Urinary tract infection
Advice:
Tablet septra twicw daily for 5 days
Drinks lots of fluids
Fruits like papaya, orange, cranberry
Take full treatment
Repeat the test after week
