General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms with urine report is indicative of urinary tract infection with secondary gastritis. Current suggestions for better recovery:
- No need to change lab for other report
- Drink more liquids
- Cranberry sachets daily
- Avoid vaginal sex if active
- Tablet paracetamol (500 mg) 3 times a day after meals
- Prescription of fluroquinolones or macrolides from your primary care for infection control

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
