Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

Presence of fever in a 4-year-old child with a slight rise in white cell count and few RBC in urine indicates mild pathology. It indicates that there is nothing serious but if it continues seeing a doctor is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashok Kumar, Psychiatrist
