General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In this report, WBC count is 13 to 15, it indicate urinary tract infection. RBCs are also present that indicate blood in urine. Probable diagnosis is urinary tract infection.

Else remaining report is within normal limit. Do urine culture test, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.

I will suggest you to follow up with detailed history or consult with urologist for detailed examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
