What Does This Urine Analysis Test Result For Rashes On Inner Thighs Indicate?

I had full labs, and bilibrium was found in my urine. Was told by Dr. I have liver damage. I noticed dark specks in my urine, itching & burning ,especially between my legs, & rashes. What else could this mean? Is there an ultrasound or something that may tell me more?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ,
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for sharing your concern with us .
Presence of Conjugated bilirubin in urine is suggestive of liver disorders . Such manifestations are seen in cholestatic diseases and as well as in hepatocellular diseases like viral hepatitis , drug toxicity, pancreatic causes of obstructive disease or chronic hepatitis .A complete liver functional test should be done with abdominal ultrasound and viral hepatitis profile .
I would recommend you to consult further with gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and definitive diagnosis which will direct the further treatment .
Best Regards ,
DR.S.TOMAR
