What Does This Urine Analysis Test Results Indicate?
What is the significant of my urinalysis with the following results: Albumin- trace, Pus cells- ++ 36-40/hpf, rbc- occasional 1-2/hpf, amorphous urates- many, Squamous epithelial cells- many, Bacteria- many, Mucus threads- few, Yeast cells- few and Fungal hyphae- few..... Please advised! Thank you...

I have read the report of your urinary test and i can say as follows:
-This test confirm an urinary tract infection. The presence of bacteria,puss cells 35-40 confirm it.
If i was your caring doctor i would start you on antibiotics to treat the infection.
Si you need to check up with your family doctor to take the prescription for the antibiotics.
Meanwhile here are some advice to help your urinary tract to heal:
-have plenty of liquids,2-3 liters per day
-fresh fruit juice,orange juice or cranberry juice
-chamomile tea or rose tea,1-2 cup each day
-urinate always just after having sex
-don't hold your urine for long
-for burning/pain sensation while urinating use ibuprofen.
