Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Urinary tract infection (UTI), is an infection that affects part of the urinary tract. When it affects the lower urinary tract(more common) it is known as a simple cystitis and when it affects the upper urinary tract it is known as
pyelonephritis.Symptoms from a lower urinary tract include painful urination and either
frequent urination or urge to urinate. While the symptoms of pyelonephritis include fever and
flank pain in addition to the symptoms of a lower UTI. In some cases, a painful burning sensation in the urethra may be present.
Urinary tract infection diagnosis can be made by Urine testing under microscope for the presence of red blood cells,
epithelial cells, white blood cells, & bacteria.
Report is labelled positive, if pus cells/ epithelial cells/Rbc are 5-10/hpf (high power field) or more. As your urine report pus cells is 1-2/hpf , epithelial cells is 2-3/hpf, bacteria is (+), this much cells in urine under microscope is normal.
Don't worry u would be fine
Hope your query is solved
