Hi, My nameis Amy I am 32 years old and 35 weeks pregnant with first baby. I have just picked up my blood and urine results. I see that it shows calcium oxalate in my urine after the microscope exam. I weigh 72 kg nd I am 1m65 cm. I would just like to know what this means, in regards to the baby is he at risk?
Calcium Oxalate are the crystals that are found in urine commonly in cases of less water intake. There is nothing to worry about, you just need to increase your fluid intake upto 4 litres/day. And no, your baby is completely safe. Its not related to that.
