General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you.
Your daughter had urinary tract infection, because of which she had high fever. Now pus cells have reduced which shows she is responding to antibiotics. I advise you to finish the dose of antibiotics and to give paracetamol every 6 hours for fever. If the fever doesn't subside then get the additional blood investigation which includes total count and differential count, typhoid test, malarial card test, To rule out the infection.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.

Wish for speedy recovery. Take care.
