What Does This Urine Test Report Indicate?

i just got back my urine tests. It showed occult blood 2+ and rbc 3-10. It also stated negative for malignant cells, transitional epithelial cells are present and predominantly squamous cells are seen. Normally, I do not wipe my vagina before doing a urine test because I am highly allergic to the wipes. Could this mean vagina or cervical cancer.

no, this does not means cervical or vaginal cancer. this shows some type of Urinary Infection possibly due to stone in bladder.
