What Does This Urine Test Report Indicate?

hello, I did a UTI Test and i got this as the result, can you please explain. -Urine Specimen : 15-20/HPF Epithelial Cells : 3-4/HPF Pus Cells : 100,000 cfu/ml Colony Count : Eschericia coli Organism Isolated Culture, identification and sensitivity for Aerobic bacteria, Automated ANTIMICROBIAL DRUG SUSCEPTIBILITY RESULTS Sensitive ( Amikacin : Resistant ( =32mg/l) Ampicillin : Sensitive (4mg/l) Amoxicillin-Clav.Ac : Resistant (4mg/l) Cefuroxime Axetil : Sensitive ( Co - Trimoxazole : Sensitive ( Ciprofloxacin : Resistant (4mg/l) Cefuroxim : Resistant (1mg/l) Ceftriaxone : Resistant ( Cefepim : Sensitive ( Gentamicin : Sensitive (0.25mg/l) Imipenem : Sensitive (1 mg/l) Meropenem : Sensitive ( Nalidixic Acid : Sensitive ( Nitrofurantoin : Resistant ( =128mg/l) Piperacillin-Tazobactum : Specimen Urine Organism Isolated Eschericia coli

Based on the given results of urine analysis & culture and sensitivity tests for the urine you seem to be suffering from urinary tract infection caused by the bacteria Escherichia coli.
It also shows the list of most effective (sensitive) antibiotics which are to be used to eradicate the infections. So, consult your treating doctor for the treatment and follow up.
