Hi.Iam a married male of 24 having no children.I had my urine tested today where the report hd shown pus cells 1-2hpf pus cells in my urine.Dr says that it should be 0 hpf.I ve a plan to have a child since I got married 2 yrs ago but not able to have til this movement. In this case should I take medicine to overcome pus cells?is the rate of my pus cells a barrier in pregnancy process I can share some result Total count : NIL million/cc Active : NIL Sluggish: NIL Dead: NIL PUS cells : 1-2/hpf RBC s : NIL Epithelial: NIL MORPHOLOGY Normal : NIL Abnormal : NIL Will you please suggest me some suggestiom to get better
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. The following conclusions can be drawn based on the investigation report you have enclosed. The report states that you are having 'azoospermia'. Azoospermia is a condition in which there is complete lack of sperm in the ejaculate. The following could be the reasons for it: (a) There is a problem with sperm production. (b) There is a blockage in the tract and hence, the sperm production although normal, cannot reach the ejaculate.
