What Does This Urine Test Report Indicate?

My baby is 18 months old. We have given vaccination dpt, Ipv on 26 th August but still now fever is there. Temp is 104 f during fever. Urine test indicates 2-3pus cells and crp test result is 22.5 but ref range is 0-5. Typhoid test is negative. So kindly advise

I AM SEEING THIS QUESTION IN NOVEMBER. FEVER LASTING FEW DAYS ARE NORMAL AFTER DPT INJECTION. EVEN HIGH FEVER IN YOUR CASE. CRP WILL TELL YOU ONLY ABOUT ACUTE INFLAMATION WHICH COULD VERY WELL BE THERE DRUG REACTION FOLLOWING DPT. IN CASE FEVER PERSIS FOR LONGER THEN 1 WEEK THEN CERTAINLY HAS TO INVESTIGATED OUT.
