Urologist 's  Response
Hi.

The significant findings in ur urine routine report r: hazy, ph 5, Pus Cells 5-10/HPF, amorphous urate crystals, moderate bacteria.

Increased pus cells with bacteria could mean urinary infection. Get urine culture to rule it out.

ph 5 with increased pus cells with amorphous urate crystals could indicate increased risk of uric acid stone formation. Get ultrasound KUB to rule out any existing stone in kidney, ureter or bladder.
u must alkalizers like k-cit or urilizer to decrease risk of stone formation. Also drink lots of water.
