What Does This Urine Test Result Indicate?
Hi doctor, my name is faisal, i have a urine test of my wife and her result is URINE PHYSICAL appearance is SLIGHTLY TURBID,RED BLOOD CEL IS OCCASIONAL/HPF,LEUCOCYTES IS 1-2/HPF,EPITHELIAL CELL IS 8-10/HPF,kindly advise this report is show normal or not, also kidney pain is high day by day

See, the results seem normal just the epithelial count is a bit on the higher side. This cannot be stamped as urinary tract infection. If there is associated symptoms also like fever, burning micturition then it is likely. But kidney pain is unlikely in UTI. I suggest you get a serum urea and creatinine done.

Meanwhile take urine alkalinizer.
