Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, gender, purpose of doing the urine test, any medical illness or drugs intake/

The report of urine test seems to be normal.

Presence of faint traces of albumin in the urine is normal. The normal range of albumin in urine is considered to be between 0-8 mg/dL, so please do not worry about this. Faint trace of albumin generally doesn't cause any problem, however, you may need 24 hour total protein excretion after clinical evaluation.

Hope this answers your query.
