What Does This Urine Test Result Mean?

Dear Doc, I had a urine test. I was a little bit worried with the result. Heres the result: color: yellow transparency: slightly cloudy Reaction: 6.0 Sp. Gravity: 1.030 Albumin: 1+ Sugar: Negative Pus Cells: 12-16 hpt Epithelial Cells: 3+ A. Urates: 2+ Uric acids: 1+ Am I sick? pus cells puzzle me so much. please help me know my condition. I never had such problem before just now that I am sexually active with my partner.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
According to our urine analysis your urine was cloudy & had 12-16 pus cells & 2+ epithelial cells seen under high power of microscope, which are suggestive of urinary tract infection in you. There was also presence of Urates & uric acid cystal also.
There was slight presence of albumin protein in urine, However sugar presence was not detected. All physical attributes of urine such as color, ph, specific gravity was normal
Therefore everything is normal in your urine analysis except for presence of pus cells & red cells. Which is suggestive of urinary tract infection. Your urinary analysis is also indicative of slight urinary tract or kidney calculus also.
