What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?

What does it mean..THE UTERUS IS ANTEVERTED WİTH SMOOTH CONTOUR AND HOMOGENOUS ECHOPATTERN MEASURİNG ,9.3x7 2x7.2x6.5cm(cervix measures 3.4x2.4x3.2cm).endometrium is hyperechoic measuring 1.2cm with intact subendometrial halo.the right ovary measures 2.5x1.9x1.3cm.the left ovary measures 3.2x2.4x1.9cm.There is minimal free fluid in the posterior cul de sac.IMPRESSİON SLİGHTLY ENLARGED ANTEVERTED UTERUS.THİCKENED ENDOMETRIUM COMPATİBLE WİTH SECRETORY PHASE ENDPOMETRIUM.NORMAL OVARİES

No need to worry at all for this.
In secretory phase of menstrual cycle, uterine glands are enlarged. So some degree of uterine enlargement is common in secretory phase of cycle.
So nothing to worry about this report as it is absolutely normal.
