What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Test Result For Irregular Periods And Abdominal Bloating?

I had a transvaginal ultrasound for irregular periods and showed fluid BEHIND uterus. I also have a lot of abdominal bloating and distension with some recent difficulty emptying bowels completely. what could be causing this fluid collection behind uterus, and can the other symptoms be caused by this fluid? Free fluid in Cul de sac in period other tahn mid menstrual cycle suggest pelvic inflammation
The cause of free fluid in irregular periods can indicate ovulation.. but...
The USG report showing free fluid in cul de sac... in particular case with specific signs & symptoms ,indicates ovarian cyst ( ? ruptured)
You should consult a gynecologist & start treatment urgently, to prevent further problems.
