Your findings may suggest PCOD(poly cystic ovarian disease). PCOD is indicated by increased ovarian size, increased stromal echogenesity, multiple small cysts arranged in periphery. Your findings need further evaluation.PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation, biochemical confirmation,USG correlation. Most of the cases of PCOD is managed conservatively. Surgical intervention is required in few cases only. You should consult gynecologist for proper evaluation.
