What Does This Vaginal Ultrasound Result For Persistent Bleeding Indicate?

Hi I ve just recently had a pelvic & vaginal ultrasound after 3 weeks of bleeding & clotting.The results are the uterus is of normal size & appearance.The ovaries are of normal size & appearance No adnexal mass or free fluid demonstrated Edndometrial thickness is 8mm What does this all mean?

Your ultrasound report suggests there is thickening of endometrium which could be because of hormonal changes, persistent bleeding. Otherwise everything is normal. Your doctor may start with hormonal treatment or endometrial curretings.
