There is cardiomegaly with left ventricular preponderance and the unfolding of the aorta. No active lung lesion seen. The pulmonary vascular markings are normal. No pleural lesion seen. ECG analysis reads: 800 Normal Sinus Rhytmn 213 Mild a Left Axis Deviation *** Bordeline Normal ECG ***
that means your main left heart chamber (left ventricule) is larger than usual. Everything else is ok. You should have further diagnostics such as EKG and cardiac ultrasound be done by a cardiologist to check on your overall heart function.
