What Does This X-ray Report Mean?

Good am, I had develop cough due to itchy throat...I was given antibiotics and antihistamine for 1-week...now my cough is gone but im worried with the xray findings which say bronchovascular margins are prominient with suspicious apical densities what does it means?

I really appreciate your concern, such x-ray finding are nothing to worry because this may not be due to any disease but this may likely to happen in some allergic conditions, hope this helps take care and have a nice day.
