What Does This X-ray Report Of Chest Mean?

My 5 month baby CBC report showed high wbc count ,and CRP TEST also high, doc said infection, she got fever for couple of days and no fever now. No cough and cold visibility. Her chest X-ray showed prominent bilateral bronchovascular marking. What are the clinical condition should she have? What is it ? And what treatment is required? Baby is joyful ,active and I feel why treatment is required if. She shows no health problems.

Hello

Yes it is normal that a baby does not show signs and symptoms of infection such as do the adults. It might be an urinary tract infection and he needs an urinalysis to decide about the treatment.

Regards
