What Does This X-ray Report Of Knee Indicate?

Yes please i had an xray done after falling 3 months prior the report reads fluid appears to be present in the infrapatellar bursa ill defined increased density seen anterior to distal right femur is of uncertian etiology. Right kne effusion possible. possible foreign body versus artifact in anterior soft tissue of distal thigh

Infra-patellar bursa is a fluid filled cyst in inferior portion of knee joint. Bursa is formed due to inflammation or irritation. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.
