What Does This X-ray Report Of Lung Mean?

I was in the hospital for a fever that all the sudden happened it went to 103.6 they did c t scan chest x Ray a lot of of blood work spinal tap they could find a cause my x Ray report says lung volumes low with central bronchovascular crowding what does this mean

I really appreciate your concern, viral infection may be likely cause of this, better to wait for some time if fever does not comes to normal then it needs some investigation, (Age and gender is missing here else something more specific could have been thought) no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
