What Does This Xray Result Indicate:no Pneumothorax, Minor Scarring At The Apices, Tiny Left Side Effusion, Clear Lungs And Normal Cardiomediastinal Contour?

Hi I got 2 X-ray on September 2011 and October 2012 according to first report
Pa chest and lordotic view.no pneumothorax.there is minor scarring at the apices . There is tiny left side effusion. The lungs are otherwise clear. The cardiomediastinal contour is normal .
The second report shows blunting of the left costophrenic angle is again noted. The lungs are clear. No change dectected since previous X-ray
I have had another X-ray yesterday and waiting for another result .
What does it mean I m not suggested any thing from my doctor m I going to die soon or is there any precautions

Hello
September 2011 , X ray shows left side effusion ( tiny), scarring apex and clear .
After one year October 2012 , costophrenic angle blunted i.e. either small amount of fluid was there or healed lesions ( as previous Xray were present with scarring ( may be healed lesion).
So these X ray reports shows that there was infection in lung but that lesion ( lesions ) were resolved or healed .
Now in my opinion X ray will not show any finding until some clinical finding or symptoms present , so need not to worry about the report of latest X ray.
No precaution until any problem.
Good luck.
