Hello,

Fibroids are benign tumors and off, then submucosal fibroids cause excessive bleeding and sub serosal fibroids cause pressure symptoms. Usually, they won't harm but if they undergo degeneration. They may cause extensive pain. If you have completed family, then go for surgical removal of the uterus. If you want to preserve uterus myomectomy is the treatment of choice, but treatment depends on the size of fibroid and your age.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
