I have a tightness in my left arm and have for about a week. I woke up one morning and I had sharp pain and couldn’t put the arm behind my back without sharp pain. Pain subsided but now I have tightness. Feels like arm muscles are tight, like they have been overworked. My blood pressure is 144/80
