What Does Tight Sensation In The Shoulders And Back Indicate?
My son gets a tightening in his should/back area resulting in swelling of arms and tingling in fingers resulting in little dexterity. He has tried backlofen, klonopin (worked but dr s wanted him off of it), chiropractors. He thinks it is Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (his own research). He does have anxiety. I am just a mother. Thanks

First of all chest symptoms needs to be ruled out for cardiac disease and for that EKG and ECHO is must if this is not the case the it could be due to hyperacidity or muscular spasm due to anxiety (Fibromyalgia ) these are the likely causes condition needs certain work up for differentiation.
