What Does Tight Sensation Under The Left Breast Indicate?

I was walking along the road a few weeks ago. I experienced a negative reaction from gas coming from a construction site. A week later I felt a tightness under my left breast. Since then I have experienced brief periods of tightness under my left breast and spasms moving through my body.
