What Does Tightness In Chest After Inhaling Bleach Fumes Indicate?

hello, I did some cleaning with bleach and breathed in lots of fumes. I coughed up flem for about a week and am now feeling a tightness in my chest and heart cramps. It has been about 3 weeks since the incident but the chest problems started a few days ago.

Its been due to the fumes causing irritation to the muscles of the wind pipe (larynx) and smaller airways.
Take Claritin tablet by mouth twice daily for 5 days.
It will be fine in a few days. Take plenty of fluids and balanced diet.
