Tingling and heaviness on head is commonly due to
dehydration, BP issues,
low blood sugar, anxiety, stress,
tension headache, migraine, brain tumors, etc. Take adequate water, maintain your BP and blood glucose. Take electrol, ORS, soups and juice to ease
muscle pain and discomfort. Take adequate sleep and avoid stressful lifestyle. Stay away from addictions if any. Take food rich in vitamin B6, B12, etc.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, avoid oily, spicy junk food. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a
neurologist to rule out any tumor or anxiety disorder. In the meantime you can take Naproxen, one SOS for relieve when required.
