What Does Tingling Sensation All Over The Body After A Head Injury Indicate?

I fell and hit the back of my head on the edge of a stair. I hit right where the bottom of my skull and neck meet. As soon as I hit, I felt a tingling sensation all over my body for about a minute straight. I also got a bloody nose today (which may have no correlation). Is this something I should be worried about? Other than where I hit being really sore and maybe a little swollen, I havent noticed any other symptoms. Thanks!

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The tingling sensation may be related to the extension of the neck. Anyway, as long as you feel normal now and have no complaints there is nothing to worry about!

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
