What Does Tingling Sensation In The Big Toe Indicate?

6 months ago my left big toe became numb and tingilie 2 months ago i developed pain in my pelvis. went for mri was told inflimation in my spine. had pt and anti infalmitory medicine did not help now leg in numb and i cant lift my left leg when i wan to bend it. also sluggish

Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
Not only continuation but aggrevation of symptoms after an anti inflammatory drug course indicates the nerve suplying leg&toe is being compressed/pinched by the inflammation /spinal or disc problem.
Take rest. Hot or cold pack will give some relief.
Consult a spinal surgeon with MRI report. He would suggest injectable anti inflammatorydrugor local steroid injection to manage thesymptom followed by oral medicines &physiotherapy OR surgery in few cases.
