What Does Tingling Sensation On The Penis Indicate?
Hi there, Both my husband and I have small little bite like sensations almost like pins and needles for the past few weeks. There are no signs of bites or rash. We are totally confused as to what it could be. Any suggestions as to what it could be great. Many thanks.

It is just a non-specific symptom and will settle by itself.
As of now, you can take drugs like vitamin B12 supplements for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a urologist and get evaluated.
