What Does Tingling Sensation On The Right Shoulder Indicate?

Recently, I have experienced sporadic tingling on the top of my right shoulder. It is not painful but has the feeling of pins and needles. A typical episode will last 30-60 seconds. and sometimes comes on when hot water from the shower hits it. I can relieve it somewhat with stretches. And I was able to play golf with no discernible drop off in skill (of which I have only marginal skills) I have noticed my right hand is not as stable but my left is fine. Any ideas?

Neuropathy should be ruled out in your case. Your detailed neurological examination is advisable to exclude neuropathy. Your B12 estimation and blood sugar estimation is advisable to rule out B12 deficiency and diabetes. These 2 common cause should be ruled out first. I suggest you consult physician for examination.
